These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rc776 ("rc776", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing games, or using any feature of rc776.net, you agree to these Terms in full.

General bonus terms applicable across all rc776 Promotions include the following:

rc776 is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of third-party services, including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks used to access the platform. Any dispute with a third-party service provider must be directed to that provider.

rc776's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's rc776 account at the time the claim arose.

Players may close their rc776 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and clearance of any pending wagering obligations.

rc776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

rc776 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the rc776 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Your real-money balance will be returned upon closure as set out in that section.

rc776 will not make retroactive changes to these Terms that materially disadvantage Players in respect of wagers or deposits already made at the time of the amendment.
